This is not a good to see that Twitter restores blue tick to Venkaiah Naidu’s personal account removed earlier due to inactivity
- Does Twitter do this to the former President of the country (India) in this way?

Twitter has restored the blue tick on the personal handle of Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu hours after it was briefly dropped and said it was done due to inactivity.
Officials of the vice chairman Secretariat said the private Twitter handle of Naidu @MVenkaiahNaidu was inactive for an extended time and therefore the Twitter algorithm removed the blue badge. The last tweet posted from the private handle was on July 23 last year.
WHEN CAN TWITTER REMOVE BLUE TICK?
Twitter may remove the blue verified badge and verified status of a Twitter account at any time and without notice.
People may lose the blue tick or badge if they modify their account name (@handle), if the account becomes inactive or incomplete, or if they’re not within the position you initially were verified for — like an elected government official who leaves office — and that they don’t otherwise meet Twitter’s criteria for verification.
